- Allen Wrigglesworth Review added: 2018.10.30★ ★ ★ ★ ★My daughter decided to upgrade her car from a Mini Cooper to an Audi TT (her dream car), as a caring father I went along with her to make sure she was treated right, I needn't of worried, from walking in the door we were really well looked after. I do need to give a special mention to Lorna who was really helpful and patient going through the finance details and Adam Pringle the Manager who made sure everything went smoothly.
I have had; BMW's, Lexus and Mercedes cars over the years, but have never experienced such genuinely sincere and helpful service when buying a car in the past. We were so impressed that we have since ordered and taken delivery of a new Q5 for my wife and once again, Lorna and Adam did a great job as did Carl who is really, really knowledgeable about all the technology loaded on the cars! - Andy Cheetham Review added: 2018.10.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sad to say that every time I have been here we have had nothing but poor service, failure to call us when promised and as I write this I am sat around after being promised car would be ready at 5pm, then promised 5:20pm and now it’s 5:40 and still not ready. This dealership is totally incompetent.
